Questions
How far in advance should I book?
2–4 weeks minimum is ideal. For weddings and peak season weekends, 6–8 weeks is recommended to secure your date.
Do you travel outside of LA?
Yes! Travel within 25 miles is included. Beyond that, a mileage fee applies — we'll quote this upfront so there are no surprises.
Can we customize the drink menu?
Absolutely. Horizon and Summit packages include specialty menu options. We're happy to build something around your event's theme or season.
What do you need from the venue?
A standard power outlet, a flat stable surface for the cart, and parking or load-in access nearby. That's it!
How many drinks can guests have?
Full Service packages include a set drink count. Once reached, additional drinks can be added at our à la carte rate.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — a 50% deposit is required to hold your date, with the remaining balance due the week of your event.
